Biography

While aging in place is the most frequently desired situation, sometimes health or finances necessitate selling your home. Liz can help by expertly guiding you through this difficult and emotional process, many times beginning with a marketing plan that includes referrals to professional organizers, packers, movers, estate liquidators and cleaners.

Compassionate and respectful, Liz is knowledgeable about trust transactions and works hard to find, qualified and motivated buyers, while using her negotiating experience to get you the highest price for your home.

Originally from North Hollywood, California, Liz now resides in Burbank. She has been involved in the real estate business since 1982, when she, along with her family, began purchasing raw land for development and managing a small portfolio of their rental properties. After obtaining her California real estate salesperson’s license in 1992, Liz also passed the real estate appraiser’s exam in 1993 and interned with a real estate appraiser that same year. She moved to Las Vegas in 1997, obtaining her Nevada real estate salesman’s license and sold homes there until her return to the San Fernando Valley in 2000.

Liz has won multiple awards for her efforts and enjoys doing her best for her clients. Her sense of humor and positive perspective always welcome, she has an amusing story to tell. “My grandfather had been a real estate investor, and I’d always found his stories interesting. Some of them were about his wise investments, and others, well...  Long ago he sold a small commercial property in Laurel Canyon because he didn’t think that area would ever generate enough interest to support a business there! That's now home to the iconic "Canyon Country Store."

Some random trivia: Liz is passionate about genealogy, especially genetic genealogy, and through it has connected with many relatives-and more to be discovered!
